The accordian style secondary menu sits to the left of the main page content. Related content, Author and Ongoing Work menus sit to the right. All other navigation elements sit within the page.
A down arrow denotes that a menu item contains extra content. Sub content can also contain a third tier of links and this too is denoted by the use of an arrow.
